Broccoli with bean mash

Ingredients:

  • 400g broccoli
  • 700g pre-cooked white beans (white kidney beans, butter beans, etc.)
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 40g lemon juice
  • Chili crisp

Methods:

  • Microwave or steam the broccoli.
  • Microwave the beans. Add salt and lemon juice. Handblender into a mash. Taste and adjust salt and acidity (lemon juice).
  • Serve bean mash topped with steamed broccoli and drizzled with chili crisp
