Broccoli with bean mash
Ingredients:
- 400g broccoli
- 700g pre-cooked white beans (white kidney beans, butter beans, etc.)
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 40g lemon juice
- Chili crisp
Methods:
- Microwave or steam the broccoli.
- Microwave the beans. Add salt and lemon juice. Handblender into a mash. Taste and adjust salt and acidity (lemon juice).
- Serve bean mash topped with steamed broccoli and drizzled with chili crisp
