Celebrating a good tomato
Ingredients for 2 portion:
- 70g tahini
- 14g nutritional yeast flakes
- a pinch of salt
- 10 twists of black pepper
- 2 big tomatoes (or more small tomatoes)
- capers
Methods:
- Mix tahini with yeast flakes, 70g water, salt and black pepper.
- Cut tomatoes in wedges or halves, depending on their size.
- Spread the tahini sauce on two plates. Arrange tomato wedges on top of the sauce. Pat dry the capers and scatter them on top of the tomatoes.
