Celebrating a good tomato

Ingredients for 2 portion:

  • 70g tahini
  • 14g nutritional yeast flakes
  • a pinch of salt
  • 10 twists of black pepper
  • 2 big tomatoes (or more small tomatoes)
  • capers

Methods:

  • Mix tahini with yeast flakes, 70g water, salt and black pepper.
  • Cut tomatoes in wedges or halves, depending on their size.
  • Spread the tahini sauce on two plates. Arrange tomato wedges on top of the sauce. Pat dry the capers and scatter them on top of the tomatoes.
