Chickpea and feta salad

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas
  • Cucumbers or cherry tomatoes (or both)
  • Feta
  • Olive oil
  • Za’atar spice

Methods:

  • Warm up the chickpeas (from frozen or from a can) in a microwave.
  • Cut cucumbers/tomatoes and feta into bite size pieces.
  • Mix everything, dress with olive oil and za’atar.
