Chickpea and feta salad
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Cucumbers or cherry tomatoes (or both)
- Feta
- Olive oil
- Za’atar spice
Methods:
- Warm up the chickpeas (from frozen or from a can) in a microwave.
- Cut cucumbers/tomatoes and feta into bite size pieces.
- Mix everything, dress with olive oil and za’atar.
