Cucumber and tahini salad
Ingredients:
- 60g tahini
- 30g soy sauce
- 20g mirin
- 20g rice vinegar
- 20g lime juice
- 10g garlic (about 2 cloves)
- 0.5 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- small flavourful cucumbers
- Nigella seed
Methods:
- In a bowl, mix tahini, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar and chilli powder. Squeeze in lime juice. Add garlic through the garlic press. Mix everything into a smooth sauce (it will look wrong at first, but just keep mixing).
- Cut cucumbers into cubes.
- Spread the sauce into individual small serving plates. Top each plate with cucumber and Nigella seeds.
