Runner beans with hazelnuts
Ingredients:
- olive oil
- 1 small red onion
- 200g runner beans
- 50g hazelnuts
- 50g cheddar cheese
- salt
- 10 twists of black pepper
Methods:
- Toast the hazelnuts in 200C oven.
- Finely slice red onion and runner beans.
- Pre-heat the pan with some olive oil until very hot. Fry onions and runner beans, stirring frequently, until tender, for about 4 minutes.
- Toss with toasted hazelnuts, crumbled cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper and more olive oil if needed.
